Creative Me Monday 11.

The Southern Institute for Domestic Arts and Crafts

It’s that time of the week again!  Time for Creative Me Monday!  You all impressed me (once again) with your creativity and skill.  It’s hard to find the time to create, although I find I have a little more time in the summer.  Our schedule is not as rigid, so it’s easier to fit in a little bit of sewing or crafting here and there.  Is it the same way for you, or are your summers even busier?

The project that took the “cake” last week was the Cake Pups by The Seven Year Cottage!  Oh my goodness… who knew an Oreo Cakester could look so cute?  You totally want to make these now, don’t you?

They’re almost too cute to eat (I said almost)!

So now it’s your turn to share with all of us.  What have you been up to this past week?

Not quite done yet?  Never fear, you can link up all week long.

I’ll pick one project to feature next Monday, just make sure to post the Creative Me Monday button on your blog or link back to The Southern Institute in your post to be in the running for the featured spot!

  1. Wow… thank you so very much for featuring my cake pups, and for hostessing each week!

Jen, really enjoyed reading “when your dreams are not your own”. Made me stop and think that it’s time to start finding my own dreams as well. Time is running out. :-) Nancy

  3. thanks so much for hosting! I’m a new follower and I’ve linked up my Urban Outfitters wallflower knock-offs (#14). I also entered your Lisa Leonard giveaway (6 times!). Hope you’re having a fabulous day!
