Gluten Free Pizza recipe and Plum Organics Giveaway!

Last month Plum Organics contacted me about being a part of a new project they are doing called The Little Foodies Cookbox where they feature healthy, kid-friendly recipes that feature their products.  It sounded like so much fun that I couldn’t refuse it!  The challenge put before me was to create a recipe using Plum Organics Apple and Carrot baby food.  This is what I came up with… (don’t forget to read to the end for the giveaway!)

Kids can be picky eaters, but I don’t think I’ve ever met a child that didn’t like pizza. This pizza recipe (which uses a gluten free crust) combines Plum Organics Apple/Carrot organic baby food with a traditional tomato pizza sauce.

It’s sure to please the pickiest eaters. You’ll be helping them reach their daily requirement of fruits and vegetables… and they won’t even know it! All three of my kids raved about how delicious it was!

I’m so flattered to be a part of the Little Foodies Cookbox with Plum Organics!  You can visit the official Little Foodies Cookbox Facebook page to see more great recipes!
