Originally from South Carolina, Caroline moved to Maryland 10 years ago and lives in the Baltimore area with her husband and their 4 children. Caroline has a degree in Ornamental Horticulture, a professional background in the art world (which includes working as Assistant Curator of a renowned sculpture garden in the southeast called Brookgreen) and experience in floral design. Caroline loves to paint and spend time outdoors with her children. Caroline started her blog, Salsa Pie in 2009 which is somewhat of a hybrid of kid’s crafts, recipes, DIY projects and reflections on parenting.
