Citta Designs (Revisited)

Well, the switch from Blogger to WordPress was not without a few glitches here and there, one of them being that the Citta Designs review got lost in the shuffle… it may have been my fault.  That being said, and being a blogger who wants to represent well the companies that entrust me to give an honest review of their products, I am revisiting my review of my lovely Citta Designs Punched Leather Wallet!

Citta Designs is a New Zealand based company that specializes in housewares and accessories with bright colors and bold patterns.  Until recently they were not available to US customers, but they are now and I think you are going to love what they have.  Here are a few of their beautiful products.

Aren’t those fun?

Imagine how excited I was to get a package in the mail from Citta… a new wallet, which came at a great time, as my green Fossil wallet (which I love) was showing some wear.  For some reason I like to like the wallet that I use.  Maybe it’s because I use it so often.  Isn’t it nice to have a wallet that you enjoy using?  This wallet does that for me.

Bottom line… this wallet is adorable!  It cheers me up every time I pull it out of my purse.  I love it.  Next time you are needing to replace your old ratty-tatty wallet, think of Citta Designs and put a little bit of cheer into your day!

FTC regulations require that I let you know that I received this wallet free of charge for review.  All opinions are honest and my own.

My New Hobby.

First of all, a little bit of business to take care of…

  • My blog is being redesigned as I type this!  SQUEAL!  I’m so excited!  I can’t wait for you to see it.
  • Have you entered the current giveaways, Lisa Leonard and E-Mealz?  These are both great giveaways and the E-Mealz giveaway has low entries so your chances are really good!
  • I forgot to tell you that I had a posted over at Natural Living Moms yesterday about what to bring with you when you go to the hospital to have your baby.  Don’t forget to read the comments too, there are a few more good tips.
  • Today I’m contributing at Pennies and Blessings, so go over and check that out if you have the time! I’m sharing a few of our favorite games.

And onto my new hobby… ACCESSORIES!  I have recently fallen in love with making accessories.  I have been wanting to try out making a fabric necklace for the longest time (these gals gave me a kick in the pants)and finally did it.  I love it!

My other new fave thing to make it fabric covered buttonsSO ADORABLE!  I just want to make hundreds of these, but I ran out of buttons and will have to order more when I get a bit of play money.  It’s a great way to bust through my scrap basket.

I plan on making some hair pins with these little guys… wouldn’t they be fun holding back a little girl’s hair?  Or your own?  Hmmm… I may be reopening the old etsy shop sometime soon.
